Current customers must still login to the old client area to access their license, products and payments.
Simply Select Client Login from the top of this page then click on the link for Client Area V1

Upgrade to Client Area V2

Upgrading is quite simple, follow these simple steps:

1. Ensure you have MediaCP 2.1.6.1
   The Client Area V2 will only work with the latest release of the MediaCP.
   You can check your version from MediaCP -> Administration -> Check for Updates.
   
   
2. Cancel your current MediaCP License (MP-)
   If paying by subscription, cancel your subscription.
   If paying manually, you do not need to do anything.
   Within 12 days, your license will automatically become cancelled/suspended.
   (Make sure you upgrade your license within 12 days)
   
   
3. Purchase a new license from our order page
   Order a new MediaCP License
   
   
4. Update your license key within the control panel
   Login to MediaCP and navigate to Administration -> Configuration.
   Enter your new license key and press save.
   
   The next time you login, you will be using your brand new key!
